Tots Christmas Party

Our popular Under 5's Christmas Party is back for 2023!
As usual it's specifically designed for little ones and includes a Christmas party buffet for all children, games and dancing, craft activities and a special visit to see Father Christmas in the grotto. There is of course, time to play too. It's a lovely way for your little ones to celebrate Christmas with you.

The event offers both a basic payment rate and a donation rate. As an organisation our real costs are much higher but as a charity if you choose the donation rate and tick the Gift Aid reclaim box, we're able to reclaim a further 25% on your full payment from the government.
Adult Afternoon tea
Tue 12th Dec 2.30pm - 4pm

For the first time we are holding a special Christmas afternoon tea for adults only! (Sorry!).
We will be serving Turkey & Stuffing and Brie & Cranberry sandwiches, along with mini quiche and a selection of Christmas desserts. A pot of tea or coffee is also included.

Following the dinner, you can enjoy a Christmas sing-a-long with some classic Christmas songs.

Family Nativity Party

It's easy for us to forget in all the busyness what Christmas is all about. In this special family Christmas event we'll be sharing a family Christmas buffet and a range of Christmas activities, crafts and songs to help us remember the birth of Jesus - the real reason for the season. All of the family fun with a focus on the nativity.

SEN Christmas Party

This year's Our Club Christmas Special is a Christmas party designed especially for children with SEND. It includes a party buffet and an optional visit to Father Christmas in the grotto (all children will receive a gift regardless of whether they wish to see santa). As usual all activities are also included. Ideal for children aged 5-11.

All-age family Christmas craft session
Wednesday 20th Dec

New for 2023, these sessions are all about the entire family having chance to enjoy the Hideaway together - no matter their age which means that big kids and other family members can take part in the festivities too!
Your booking is for a private table of up to 6 people. During your visit you will have a private table in the ark room and all the items you need to work together to build a gingerbread house and make some tree decorations. We'll have Christmas music, and a Christmas buffet and drinks will be provided for your family. Children of course have opportunity to play in the Hideaway too during their visit. It's the perfect family together activity to get you in the mood for Christmas!

Our popular Santa events are perfect for children who want to experience the magic of Christmas. We have 2 breakfast sessions that are for children under 5 while the other sessions are for children of all ages.
Families can enjoy a buffet breakfast, brunch or lunch together with Father Christmas followed by activities, games, songs, stories and loads of Christmas magic! Children will then have the opportunity to visit Father Christmas in his grotto and receive a gift. There is of course plenty of play time too. For Christmas magic, this experience can't be beaten!
