What is Our Club?

Our Club is our quieter play session for families of SEND

to come and enjoy time together. We want Children and their Carers to enjoy the centre as much as possible, so we make sure our mu

sic, hand dryer and fans are turned off. Every week we have activities, craft and sensory play exploring different topics as well as plenty of spaces for free play. We are able to provide visual timetables for children who would find that helpful in accessing the centre.

 The session is an opportunity for children to play but also for parents and carers to meet other families of SEND. We want to make sure families feel supported so on our staff we have Lisa who has 14 years of experience being a mum of a child with SEND and Jess the centre’s SENCo. We are also visited by Diane, a specialist teacher and consultant in SEND and occasionally will have other guest from local organisations. So, whether you just need a chat about your week or have any concerns we hope to be able to support you as well as provide a safe and enjoyable place to play.

Our Club takes place every Wednesday evening from 5-7pm for children with SEND and their families.
