Enjoy Your Baby Course
Next Course: starting Tuesday 26th April at 11.30am
This is a free, 5-week skills course for mums with babies, which covers the following areas: understanding your feelings, building closeness with your baby, doing things that make you feel better, play thought detective, and living life to the full.
Sign up for the current course is now closed, but it will be running again after May half-term. To find out more or get updates about when the next course is starting, please email Danielle.
Mum & Baby Group
Wednesdays 1pm - 2.30pm
A small, friendly group for mums to meet together with their babies (up to 18 months) which is free to attend. Includes free play, a craft activity, singing/story time, and refreshments. This runs alongside the M31 Club, so any local residents are more than welcome to bring along children of other ages as well. If you're from outside the M31 postcode, you can pay the standard entry amount for any older children you would like to bring along.

Next Course: starting Monday 6th June 10am - 12pm
This a 7-week course for expecting mothers. It is free to attend and includes breakfast. The course content includes: changes in pregnancy, baby development, safety in the home, bonding and attachment, breast/formula feeding, practical activities (e.g. bathing, nappies), signs and stages of pregnancy.

Children and Devices Course
Next course: Wednesday 18th May at 7pm
This course is a single session that looks at screen time, social media, gaming, and online dangers, and includes loads of practical help and advice. We will slightly alter the course content to suit the ages of the children of the parents taking part in the course.
