Hideout Summer sessions!

The Hideout has been supporting children with their mental health throughout this year.

Hideout summer sessions are taking place every Wednesday afternoon at the Hideaway for children aged 5-10. They are perfect for children who have found the pandemic particularly challenging and struggle with their mental health sometimes - although sometimes they're just great for children who are a little more shy but would benefit from social interaction with a small group of children through the holidays.

Hideout gives children a few hours to make friends, have some fun in the Hideaway, do some interesting activities and informally do a little bit of work to help keep them in good mental health. The sessions are £48 (£8 each) for a 6-week block booking children. Parents don’t have to stay (but can stay and enjoy the cafe if they wish), the team are DBS checked AND the children receive lunch. Whilst the children are fully supervised by our Hideout team at all times, parents should be aware that others families will be in the Hideaway at the same time. Any play sections used by the Hideout group will however be private and closed off to the general public.

On arrival there will be a more detailed form for parents to complete which includes medical information and emergency contact details.

Every Wednesday from 28th July
